Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsmelon
  2. 4 cupsfresh periwinkle
  3. Palm oil
  4. Crayfish
  5. Salt
  6. Fresh pepper
  7. cubesKnorr
  8. Stockfish
  9. Dryfish
  10. Kpomo
  11. Bitterleaf
  12. Goatmeat
  13. Small onions

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the goatmeat, kpomo and stock fish, steam together with knorr cubes, onions till tender. Wash your dry fish and set aside.

    Wash your bitterleaf and slice.

  3. 3

    Add your palm oil to the meat stock, add crayfish,steamed dry fish, fresh pepper and salt, allow to simmer for few minutes before adding the melon..

    Allow to boil together, add washed periwinkle, maggi and check for a little salt or maggi if necessary then a little of the sliced bitterleaf.

    Dont stir immediately, just allow the bitterleaf to boil together for a little while before you stir.

    And your soup is ready..Serve with any swallow if your choice.
