Ingredients

3 servings
  1. Periwinkle, Cow skin popularly called Kpomo, Uziza leaf, Onions
  2. Garden Eggs, fresh pepper, crayfish, cubes, salt, red oil,
  3. Ginger, garlic, curry, thyme, Irish potato

Cooking Instructions

    1. Cut the periwinkle into half throwing away the bottom part. 2. Wash severally with clean water. 3. Put it in a clean pot, pour hot water on it, add salt and place on heat to boil. 4. Clean the cow skin, slice to desired size. 5. Pour hot water on it. 6. Peel, dice and boil the one Irish potato then blend and keep aside. 7. Blend the fresh pepper and keep aside

    8. Drain the periwinkle from the pot. Wash and put in a pot, add little water. 9. Add the cow skin (Kpomo). 10. Add the fresh pepper, Add red oil. Allow to boil.11. Add grinded crayfish, salt cube and the blended Irish potato as thickner. Stir well, taste and add the Uziza leaves.

    12. Slice onions, garden eggs. 13. Dish the Piom Piom and Kpomo delicacy, garnish and dress with the slice onions and garden eggs. 14. Serve with any chilled drink of your choice. Down with very chilled water
