Ingredients

  1. Efo (spinach)
  2. Fresh pepper
  3. Crayfish
  4. Dryfish
  5. Stockfish
  6. Crayfish
  7. Palm oil
  8. to tasteSalt and seasoning
  9. Kpomo
  10. Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the spinach leaf very well, slice and set aside

    Place a pot on a low heat put palm oil

    When the oil heat up add little sliced onion, blended fresh pepper and allow it to fry

    Wash the dry fish and stockfish very well and add to the pot on fire.
