Cooking Instructions

    Wash the periwinkle thoroughly. Cut off the bottom so it can be sucked easily. Soak in very boiled water.

    Add red oil in a pot, add the blended pepper to it. Add water, ginger, garlic. Allow to boil. Add the periwinkle, Kpomo. Add the steamed ice fish, Crayfish. Add the blended locust beans and Ugba.

    Add the chopped Okro and onions. Add salt and cubes to taste.

    Add the Ugwu vegetable, stir and remove

  5. 5

    Serve as desired with any swallow of your choice.
