    Fry the onions in hot oil.

    Grind the scotch bonnet and tattase.

    Add the grinded pepper and fry for about 5mins

    Add small amount of water,curry thyme and maggi.

  5. 5

    Add in the green pepper and let it steam for 3mins and enjoy with roasted fish or rice
