Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupflour
  2. 1/2 tbspbaking powder
  3. 3 tspSugar
  4. 1/2 tbspsalt
  5. 1/2 cupwater
  6. Syrup
  7. 1lemon 🍋
  8. Water
  9. Sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve your flour in a bowl (zaki tankade flour dinki)

    Add sugar, baking powder and salt (zai ki zuba sugar, baking powder da gishiri)

    Add a little quantity of water and knead until you form a soft dough(zaki zuba ruwa madaidaici ki hada su)

    Use rolling pin and roll out

    Using pizza cutter cut into two parts then use your pizza cutter and cut the lines

    Then fold

  7. 7

    Fry in hot oil

  8. 8

    In a pot, add some water, sugar and lemon juice and stir

  9. 9

    Dip dublan into syrup
