Casserole's are awesome! They feed a crowd or a couple for several nights. I used ham in this one, but I've also used tuna, ground turkey and ground chicken. Veggies can be fresh, frozen, or canned..... I've used broccoli, cauliflower, peas, lima beans, mixed veggies, corn, green beans, etc. **Just an FYI - Campbell's makes 3 cream soups 98% fat free, mushroom, chicken and celery - so you have lots of flavor combos to try out**

Ingredients

  1. 16 oz.Whole Wheat Pasta, any shape, cooked
  2. 3 C.Broccoli Florets, roasted or steamed
  3. 16 oz.Ham, diced
  4. 1/3 C.Onion, diced
  5. 1 tsp.Garlic, minced
  6. 1 CanCream of Mushroom Soup, Reduced-Fat
  7. 1/2 C.Almond Milk
  8. 1 (7 oz.)Pkg. Fat-Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  9. 1/4 C.Breadcrumbs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°

    As soon as pasta and broccoli are cooked and while still warm; combine all ingredients, except breadcrumbs, in a large bowl or pot. Mix well to combine.

    Pour casserole into a baking dish and top with the breadcrumbs.

  4. 4

    Bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
