Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsoya beans
  2. 1 tspvinegar
  3. 1 tsppalm oil
  4. 1medium sized onion
  5. 4tomatoes
  6. 2red bell pepper
  7. 1scotch bonnet
  8. 2large eggs
  9. Curry(optional)
  10. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak soya beans for 2 hours.

    Wash soya beans well,and grind.

  3. 3

    Add palm oil and water,sieve. Set on fire.

  4. 4

    Allow to start boiling,pour some amount of vinegar to the boiling pot.it will start to form tofu.

    Put in sieve or soft cotton and sieve well.squeeze water out of it.

    Put something heavy on it to enable the rest of the water drained out of the tofu.put raw eggs in a bowl,add in Maggie and beat the egg,put tofu inside the egg and fry in hot oil.

    For the sauce,put oil in a pan.put chopped onions fry for a minute add in chopped tomatoes,pepper and scotch bonnet.fry for 3 mins.add Maggie,curry and let simmer for a minute.

    Serve,and enjoy
