Super simple and scrummy. Thyme is probably my favourite herb. These crisps make a nice snack or serve them alongside meat. Either way, enjoy them! #starter #sidedish #vegetarian

Peel them, thinly slice them, dry them well

Fry until crispy, drain on kitchen paper. Sprinkle with sea salt and thyme :)
