Ingredients

  1. Irish potatoes
  2. Salt
  3. Eggs
  4. Seasoning
  5. Onion
  6. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel off the back of the potatoes and cut into desired shapes. Toss with salt and fry until done.

  2. 2

    Dice your onion, break the raw eggs in a bowl, add diced onion, seasoning and whisk. Add little oil in a pan and fry the eggs.

    Serve!
