Chips with Soft Omelette

I always find out how hard my omelette turned out to be, very hard to cut because I don't like it half fry but full fried, upon this I turn my omelette to make sure its full done. So I found a secret of making it soft with water, from that moment I always fry my eggs with tablespoons of water in it to get super soft cut and bite. Here it goes

Ingredients

  1. Egg
  2. Spices of choice
  3. ginger,garlic,curry,thyme
  4. Seasoning
  5. Salt
  6. sliced onion
  7. scotch bonnet
  8. oil

Cooking Instructions

    Put your pan on fire and set a medium flame, pour oil and break your egg in,immediately put all ingredients and allow to fry, turn the other side,allow it to start sizzling and pour tablespoon or and half of water for one egg and allow to get done, serve with fried chips or yam with any dipping.

    You can use same method for non omelette egg fry.
