Spaghetti jollof with kidney and Irish potatoes

Ingredients

  1. Kidney
  2. Irish potatoes
  3. Onions
  4. Red and green pepper
  5. Oregano
  6. Rosemary blackpepper
  7. Ginger and garlic
  8. cubeSeasoning
  9. Curry
  10. Tomatoes
  11. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Begin by parboiling the spaghetti till it’s almost done, drain and rinse with cold water and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cut the kidney in to cubes wash it and add water plus salt and seasoning cube and boil it till it’s cooked through you can boil it together with the potatoes or boil the potatoes different.

  3. 3

    Cut the veggies in to strips before sautéing them, add the kidney and the potatoes, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste and the stock water and allow it to cook for five minutes.

  4. 4

    Add the pasta stir, cover th pot and allow it to simmer for five minutes.
