Banana Bread Oatmeal Pancakes

Make these with or without a fruity topping for breakfast. I used pears this time, but you could use any fruit. Just sauté the fruit in a frying pan for a few minutes to start caramelizing and then put on top of these pancakes.

Cooking Instructions

Peel bananas. Place them in a medium bowl and mash.

Add in the egg whites, yogurt and baking powder, mix well until combined.

Add oats and cinnamon, mix well.

Heat a skillet on medium heat, place a spoonful or two of batter in skillet

Spread into a pancake shape. Cook about 2 minutes on each side of until done. Enjoy!
