Okpa and fried fish
Learnt from my igbo friend.
Cooking Instructions

Sieve okpa flour in a bowl,add palmoil and water then mix very well.

Add salt,chopped onion,and pepper mix very well.
- 3
Measure in a cooking spoon and out in a transparent small nylon bags.tie tight.boil water in a pot and put all civer to boil with intense heat for 40-45mins.cut and boil the fish with onion,salt and seasoning fry in bleached palmoil.boil a cup of water for tea mix miko and milo in it.
