This all started when my best friend decided to bring home a box of pickled pasta salad from Aldi. The rest is history.

Cook your pasta according to the instructions on the box. Don't forget to add a generous pinch of salt to your water.

Chop up your dill pickles and fresh dill while your noodles are cooking. Put everything in a mixing bowl.

Mix in your mayonnaise, seasonings, and ranch packet with your fresh dill and chopped pickles. SIDE NOTE - if you want this more creamy, add more mayonnaise. If you don't want it as creamy, don't put as much mayonnaise. You can also add ranch to give it that extra herb flavor.

Rinse your noodles with cold water.

Combine your cold noodles with your mayonnaise mixture.

The longer this refrigerates the better it will be. I recommend refrigerating for at least 3 hours.
