Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a bowl, pour in flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and combine.
- 2
Whisk milk and egg, add to dry mixture and mix well to form a paste.
- 3
Fry Chakalaka Sausages and set aside.
- 4
Set frying pan on fire. Using a tablespoon, scoop oil into pan and allow to heat up, then pour in little paste and spread round the pan.
- 5
Put little oil round the pan. Allow to cook a bit then flip over. Put oil round the pan again and allow to cook. This should take about 5mins.
- 6
Continue previous process till paste is used up.
- 7
Roll up Pancakes and put in Lunch pack or cut in bits. I did mine according to preference of each child.
- 8
Drop one Sausage each in lunch pack.

Fluffy Pancakes Made with Bread Flour Fluffy Pancakes Made with Bread Flour
This is a bread flour version of my favourite pancakes. When you use a non-stick frying pan and use this method to cook, you don't need to use oil, and the pancakes will flip nicely.Place the frying pan on top of the wrung out kitchen towel each time when you pour in the batter. Fluffy overnight pancakes Fluffy overnight pancakes
without buttermilk!allowing the batter to sit overnight really improved the next morning's pancake, and it is because air bubbles are allowed to form over time. Careful scooping of the batter the next morning keeps those air bubbles intact, and the result is a light, fluffy pancake. Chef D Taslim -
Nutella&condensed milk filled pancakes Nutella&condensed milk filled pancakes
#Ashlab. The main idea behind making this recipe is because of my kids that have so much love for pancakes and Nutella at the same time that they wouldn’t mind eating pancake as breakfast for a complete whole week.So instead of using the Nutella to eat the pancake which they normal do,I came up with the idea of filling the pancakes with Nutella and condensed milk, then a topping of banana to make it look attractive and yummy.Hold and behold! They enjoyed it and kept asking for more.Do try it out for your kids and trust me they will love it just like my soldiers. neehal96 -

Simple Pancakes Simple Pancakes
Step 8: I love eating cottage cheese mixed with jam, so I made this. This week's theme is pancakes, so I thought I'd try this combination. If you don't have a non-stick pan, oiling the pan with butter rather than oil makes it taste good. If you're not going to eat these right away, wrap with plastic and put in the refrigerator. In this case, heat the chilled pancakes in the microwave until they soften.
