Dissolve2 tablespoon of sugar and add to yeast cover and set aside to prove for t-7minutes..sieve flour

Mix remaining sugar,flour,proved yeast,egg and milk.mix very well let it not be thick or watery.

Cover and let it for 45minutes or untill double in size.pour in vegetable oil in a big pan and heat up then scoope in the mixture to fry untill golden brown.
