Cooking Instructions

Peel yam, cut at desired size and then add sugar, salt and boil it

Whisk your egg, add grated tarugu and onion, add maggi star
- 3
Cooking oil in a frying pan, fry the yam with very low heat so that the colour will become golden colour
- 4
I served with yaji mai tafarnuwa😁🤣
