    Wash the chicken parts and add into a pot. Add some onion, garlic paste, spices and not much seasonings. cook until soft.

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken parts. Add paprika to the fried chicken and mix evenly.

    Heat up a little oil in a pan,add some ground Scotch bonnet, onions and seasoning, stir fry for 4-5 mins,add some ruwan nama also.

    Add in the fried chicken and mix thoroughly.keep stiring while frying for some minutes

  5. 5

    Lastly add green pepper,mix and serve with rice or dish of choice.
