Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 4 tsp.baking powder
  3. 1 1/2 tsp.baking soda
  4. 1/4 tsp.salt
  5. 4 tbsp.firm butter
  6. 1 cupmilk

    Heat oven to 450°F.

    Mix dry ingredients

    Add butter mix with fork until course.

    Add milk and mix with fork until ball forms

  5. 5

    Pour out onto floured surface.

    Fold dough 8 to 10 times. Then roll to 1/2" thick

    Use cup dipped in flour to cut out biscuits. Set on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake on middle rack for 15 to 18 min.

    Let rest for 60 seconds. Enjoy with butter and honey or strawberries and whipped cream.
