Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 1/3 cupcream
  3. 4 tablespoonsbutter
  4. 1/2 tablespoonssugar
  5. 2 cupsflour
  6. 4 teaspoonsbaking powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoonssalt

Cooking Instructions

    Sift together dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Cut in butter

  3. 3

    Add beaten egg and cream

  4. 4

    Toss on floured surface

  5. 5

    Roll to 3/4 inches thick

  6. 6

    Cut with biscuit cutter brush tops with egg whites

  7. 7

    Sprinkle with sugar

  8. 8

    Bake at 450 at 15 minutes.
