Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupwarm water
  2. 1 tablespoonsugar
  3. 2 teaspoonyeast
  4. flour

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients and allow to froth for 5 minutes

    Add 3 1/2 cups of sieved flour and 1 teaspoon of salt. And mix thoroughly. cover with a damp cloth for 45 minutes.

    Remove the damp cloth and knead with sprinkles of flour.

    Cut into smaller pieces and roll into balls

  5. 5

    Toll out each dough into a flat round dough

  6. 6

    Lightly grease pan with oil.

  7. 7

    Place bread dough and cook for one minute on both sides
