Egg and bread roll

Use rolling pin to roll the bread in flat

Cut red pepper and onion to tiny pieces

Ina a bowl,crack 4 egg put little dice onion and red pepper,put in 1 maggi cube and curry,put oil in pan and fry.divide it in to 4

In a bowl, crack the remaining egg add maggi,onion and red pepper,set a side

Take 1bread,put the fried egg and roll,do the same to the rest

Put the roll bread in egg mixture and deep fry
