  2. 1/4 cupSugar
  3. 1/4 cupMilk
  4. 1Egg
  5. 3 tbspYeast
  6. 1 tspBaking powder
  7. 1 cupWarm water

  10. 2 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the dry ingredients mentioned above in a bowl

    In another bowl add in the yeast and salt then add warm water, stir and set aside for 5 mins to activate the yeast

    Break the egg into the dry ingredients, add in butter, oil and milk then mix well. Add in the yeast mixture and knead well

    Cover the dough with a clean towel or nylon and allow to double in size

  5. 5

    Knead the dough again for 5 minutes. Using a rolling pin flatten the dough and remove the shapes

    Place them on a flat surface and allow them to rise again for 10 mins

  7. 7

    Fry on low heat till golden brown
