Ingredients

  1. 4 tinsflour
  2. 3 tablespoonbutter
  3. cupSugar quarter
  4. Oil for frying
  5. 1 tablespoonYeast
  6. 1 sachetmilk powder
  7. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve flour, mix the sugar with yeast in a warm water,add the milk powder in the flour and mix

    Add one tablespoons of butter mix and add the egg, add the sugar and yeast mixture

  3. 3

    Mix until it forms a soft dough transfer it into a clean surface add the remaining butter and knead well until your hands comes out clean

    Transfer into a grease bowl cover with cling film and allow it to rise

  5. 5

    Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough and cut into doughnut shapes fry in hot oil and deep in to sugar, enjoy
