Cooking Instructions

    Spice the chicken with onion,thyme,curry and salt.

    Parboil rice

    Fry tomatoe paste,pepper and onion add water and let it boil then add curry,thyme,jollof rice apice,chicken stock pour in parboiled rice stir very well.

  4. 4

    Cover and boil untill is well done.

  5. 5

    Cut fresh tomatoes,lettuce,green pepper,carrots and cabbage put mayonise and baked beans.
