Jollof spaghetti

I like this squash. Most of the recipes here, they use as a substitute of noodles. But this crunchy squash reminds me of a daikon radish. So I tried salad instead of pasta dish. It's not bad. I hope you enjoy it.

Once when working at the shipyard a co-worker brought a dish in similar to this I add the Herbs and spices to it. His was spaghetti and cheese. It's definitely a vegetarian dish but don't let the lack of sauce deter you its simple, fast, but delicious. Also good with leftover spaghetti noodles.

Kids ate 2 bowls worth. It was so good. They loved helping.

This is my take on baked Spaghetti ! Sorry there isn't a lot in the photo but as you see it was a big hit with my family and especially my son who loved it very much!!

We had leftover spaghetti, and leftover tacos shells from taco night... can’t remember the tv show that had these tacos lol . But we gave it go .....two of my favorite put into one. I did soft shell, but going to try this again with a hot spicy hard shell.... just something different for the kids who say spaghetti again!!! Lol and something different to jazz up them leftover.

Just something different to do with spaghetti. i’d serve this with a Caesar salad or a side salad . This would be great to use if you had some leftover spaghetti...( this reminds me of taking a piece of bread and butter and putting spaghetti on it and making a roller over sandwich when I was growing up)This is a very easy dinner and takes no time to make on them busy day’s/nights.youtu.be/u0x1NIayLrc

Spaghetti always taste better the next day! It gives the flavors a chance to marinate together.
