Aunt Janice’s Spaghetti Pie Aunt Janice’s Spaghetti Pie
(This isn’t homemade sauces, but it’s a good comfort food if you want something quick and delicious.)Ok so my Aunt makes hers in a pie shape, but I just did it in a casserole so mine is not a “pie”. But I never knew alfredo and spaghetti sauce went so well together! I tried this for the first time (we have a long line of amazing cooks in my family… Italians!) and it knocked my socks off! I hope you enjoy! Danielle Morse -

Spinach Pie Spinach Pie
This dish is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner.I love spinach. The first time I made this because I was given a bunch of free spinach from a grocery store tossing it out. The amount of flour may be adjusted next time I make it. It may need a little more. I may toss in a few mushrooms next time. If 2 pies are too many, you can freeze one for another time. The spices are optional. I'm Cajun so everything must have some spice! Bayou Cajun Mama -
