Spaghetti...never thought it could get any easier!! :)

Easy and delicious one pot pasta. Can't go wrong!

Today is the lazy-but-still-need-to-cook day. Mainly because I had just clean the greasy stove top this morning, hence the thoughts of having oil splattering on it again is just meh. 😕Was thinking of just basic Rice-Egg-Sweet Soya sauce dish today. But suddenly remembered I still have 3 packets of NTUC spaghetti in my pantry. The kids love anything pasta. But then again, pasta needs garlic too.. (there goes my clean stovetop!)So I decided to be creative (yet lazy). I totally skipped any frying in this recipe. But I must say it tasted good albeit no garlic.This recipe should be able to feed four hungry children. Low cost, suitable for end month budget 😅, and fast to cook because very little preparation since it's all in one pot.

Don't have a story, just made it for dinner.

I have made this recipe before, only minus half of it... My friend turned me onto vodka sauce and been addicted since.. And now the family can not get enough when I make it.. Enjoy!

Easy, and only one pan.The first time i made this, i thought it would never work. But surprise, it did, and it is really good.
