Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 2 cupsgrated carrots
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. Halfcup of vegetable oil
  5. 1and half tsp of baking powder
  6. 1 tspbaking soda
  7. 4large eggs
  8. Halftsp of salt
  9. I tsp of vanilla extract
  10. Halftsp of nutmeg

    Grease your pan with vegetable oil using brush then dust with flour or line the pan with baking paper.

    Sieve the flour, baking powder and soda together. Add the nutmeg

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together, add the vanilla extract and vegetable oil.

    Combine the dry and wet ingredients bit by bit and mix and add the grated carrots, mix again to incorporate.

  5. 5

    Prehate the oven then add the cake mixture to the greased baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.
