Cooking Instructions

Grease your pan with vegetable oil using brush then dust with flour or line the pan with baking paper.

Sieve the flour, baking powder and soda together. Add the nutmeg

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together, add the vanilla extract and vegetable oil.

Combine the dry and wet ingredients bit by bit and mix and add the grated carrots, mix again to incorporate.
- 5
Prehate the oven then add the cake mixture to the greased baking pan and bake for 40 minutes.

Carrot Cake Carrot Cake
Carrot cake was my mother’s favorite cake. I can remember being four years old and peeling carrots and licking the batter off of the spoon. My father always had something to say about the raw eggs, but my mother didn’t care. Haha, I survived!! Anyway, I got this lamb mold and I wanted to try it out, so I made a carrot cake.
