Ingredients

  1. 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  2. 4-1/2 tablespoonshredded Parmesan cheese divided
  3. 3/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
  4. 1large coddled egg
  5. 1 teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
  6. 2 clovesgarlic crushed
  7. 6anchovy filets
  8. 1/4 tablespoonground mustard
  9. 1lemon juiced

Cooking Instructions

    Mince the anchovies finely.

  2. 2

    Let's coddle the egg. Get the water boiling. Put the egg in the boiling water for 1 minute. Immediately remove to the iced water. Keep in iced water for 1 minute. Its coddled.

    Mix the ingredients one at a time, only half the cheese, whisking well as you add each ingredient. Add the olive oil last and coddled egg next to the last.

  4. 4

    Add the remainder of the cheese to top of salad.

  5. 5

    This will keep in the fridge for 3-4 weeks.
