Ingredients

  1. 2 poundschicken breast
  2. 1/3 cupParmesan cheese shredded
  3. 2 cupsmozzarella cheese shredded
  4. 15 ouncestomato sauce
  5. 1 teaspoonsthyme
  6. 1 teaspoonssalt
  7. 1/2 teaspoonground black pepper
  8. 1 teaspoonsgranulated onion powder
  9. 1 teaspoonsgranulated garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven 400° Fahrenheit.

    Cut the chicken lengthwise, kinda like butterflying the chicken breast.

    Brown the chicken add the seasonings. 4 minutes per side.

    Add tomato sauce and cheese. Put the Parmesan on first then cover the whole top of chicken with mozzarella. Put into the oven for 20-25 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
