Ingredients

  1. 16 ouncejar sterilized
  2. 1large onion sliced thinly
  3. 1/2 cupsugar
  4. 2 tablespoonskosher salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric
  6. 2bay leaves
  7. 1/2 tablespooncoriander seeds
  8. 1/3 cupwater
  9. 12 ouncedistilled white vinegar

Cooking Instructions

    To the jar add sugar, salt, turmeric, coriander seeds, bay leaves, and onions. Then shake it well

    Boil the vinegar and add to jar

  3. 3

    Top off with water

  4. 4

    Put lid on jar tightly and shake carefully because it isn't sealed yet.

    Let cool set into refrigerator let sit 3 days before using. Hope you enjoy!
