Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsChicken Breast (cut into 1 inch chunks)
  2. Salt
  3. Pepper
  4. 1 tbspOil
  5. 1 JarYour Favorite Salsa (I used Chi-Chis Mild Restaurant Style)
  6. 4 tspGoya Reciato
  7. 32 ozChicken Broth
  8. 1 CupHeavy Cream
  9. 16 ozUncooked Pasta
  10. 1 CupShredded Cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large pan over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add chicken and coat with salt and pepper to taste. Stir occasionally and cook until chicken is browned.

  2. 2

    Add salsa and reciato and toss until chicken is coated.

  3. 3

    Add chicken broth and heavy cream and bring to simmer. If you would like to add a little extra kick add some of your favorite hot sauce at this time.

  4. 4

    Add pasta and stir to combine. Cover and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken and pasta are cooked.

  5. 5

    Add cheese and stir until melted.

  6. 6

    Serve hot and enjoy!
