Soft milk butter bread

Thinking of what the kids will take to school the next day, my mind went straight to bread. Smiling now!!!!! all ingredients available. Oya enter kitchen jorrrr
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add your dry ingredient together, mix to combine

Crack the egg and whisk
- 3
Combine whisked egg and milk together and mix well

Add butter/margarine into your flour mixture& work into it with your hands till it get crumbly.

Gently pour in the milk & egg mixture, working into it by kneading

Transfer to a flat surface & knead to form a non sticky dough (note: if dough is sticky add some more flour, till its no longer sticky

Place dough in a bowl and cover for about 1hour till dough double in size.

Punch into d dough and knead once again

Greased baking pan, roll dough to form shape, cover once more and leave to rise for another 30min

Once dough is double in size preheat your.

Whisk the extra 1egg and brush over the top of the risen dough

Bake for about 30-45min depending on oven temperature

The top of the bread would be golden brown once its ready.

The bread came out so very soft and fluffy. The rounds were so good but the bottom of them turned hard on the second day, but the bread was perfect. I had my rounds on the bottom rack of the oven which is gas. I am thinking they may have gotten too hot. We have 2 racks in the oven.
