Ingredients

  1. Pork chop and seasoning
  2. 1sliced pork chop
  3. 1 teaspoonsugar
  4. 1.5 teaspoonsalt
  5. Pepper
  6. 2 tablespoonsJapanese cooking wine
  7. Soy sauce
  8. 3-4 tablespoonssoy sauce
  9. Garlics
  10. Spring onion
  11. 1 teaspoonsugar
  12. 1 teaspoonsesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Seasoning the pork chop for 30 minutes

    Pan fried the pork chop with olive oil. Keep turn over with medium heat

  3. 3

    Prepare the soy sauce at the same time. Put the garlics and spring onion into sauce pan with oil. Pour the mixed sauce and cooking around 1-2 minutes with low heat.

    Put the cooked soy sauce into the cooking pork chop. Close the lid and keep cooking with low heat, until it’s fully cooked.
