Maharashtrasian Hurda Recipes

Do you know what is Hurda? It is one good type of grain having a flat shape, green colour &slight sweet taste. If you want to eat it you must have to bake it in the heat or on the gas. It's fruit is like sweet corn but some different.

When you bake it it's khamang smell spreads everywhere.

I baked it & kept it as it is, as there is no time to make next procedure.
Then yesterday I slightly ground it into the mixture & threshed it, remove it's husk & decided to make traditional recipe. When I was a child at that time my mother was making it. Let us see how i made it's recipe
