Ingredients

  1. 1•Boiledyam
  2. 2Vegetable oil
  3. 3Egg
  4. 4•Breadcrumbs
  5. 5Onion
  6. 6Sardine
  7. 7Pepper
  8. 8Curry
  9. 9All spices/seasoning
  10. 10Thyme
  11. 11•Toothpick
  12. 12•Greenbeans

Cooking Instructions

    Peel/wash and Cut your onion into tiny pieces,grate your pepper and heat the pan with small amount of oil and add them oll together to fry,mash your sardine and put them inside with curry,thyme,all spices/seasoning and keep stirring it untill everything is well combine for like 5minutes,remove from the heat and keep it aside.

    Mash your boiled yam and add your fryed sauce and then keep mixing it untill evrything is well combine.

    Roll them into balls shape and keep it aside.

    Beat your egg add pinch of seasoning and stirr it untill very smooth.

  5. 5

    Heat your oil on a pan in a moderate not high/low.and start frying your yam balls by dipping it inside the egg,then to ur breadcrumbs and into your heated oil untill crispy and golden brown.remove from the heat and serve your self.
