In a bowl cream ur butter n sugar till light, separate the egg white from the time whisk separately till foamy, add vanilla extract while u whisk ur eggs, in another bowl sieve ur flour and baking powder then mix with all dry ingredients, if u don't soak ur fruits u can mix it with flour to coat it so it doesn't sink down

Cream ur butter n sugar well and start adding ur dry ingredients little by little till all incorporate then add ur dry fruits and turn for 1min then pour in ur baking pan and set in ur already pre heated oven bake for 45min, allow to cool and serve
