Rainbow Popsicles Rainbow Popsicles
I wanted to use the fruits I had left over from baking a fruit-filled cake to make something I could enjoy in the summertime. It's a super easy recipe that anyone can follow. The amounts listed here show what I used when I made my popsicles, but the amount of syrup you'll need will depend on how sweet your fruits are. Adjust the amount of syrup as you go, while testing out the taste. If you think the liquid mixture might be just a bit too sweet, it'll probably end up tasting just right once it's completely frozen. Refreshing Fruit Popsicles Refreshing Fruit Popsicles
Everyone needs a refreshing but healthy popsicle in this weather and though I don't like berries much, of course you can switch out the tropical fruits that I love for strawberries, raspberries, melons, peaches, kiwis, etc, just make sure to sieve fruits with seeds if you like.Ps: Use 1 cup of pineapple cubes if you are not going to strain the pineapple puree. Cantaloup daiquiri popsicles Cantaloup daiquiri popsicles
Mmm mmm good! 😍😍Keep in mind these are strong in taste, especially if you use spiced rhum and are not for children!! Your cataloup must be VERY sweet or you'll have to add sugar (unless you prefer it tangy like I do! 😜). Makes about 8 to 10 pops depending of your mold size. mfno
