Ingredients

  1. 1whole cabbage
  2. Minced meat
  3. Cooked rice
  4. All spices
  5. Oregano
  6. Blackpepper
  7. Eggs
  8. Scotch bonnet
  9. Onion
  10. Garlic and ginger
  11. Oil
  12. Tomato purée
  13. Broth

Cooking Instructions

    Add water in to your pot over medium heat. Add the whole cabbage and allow it to start unfolding

    Gently pull of the leaves and set aside

  3. 3

    In another lot add you oil followed my your minced meat seasonings and spices Oregano,black pepper,tomato puree,gaarlic and ginger cook scotch bonnet and onion cook till it turns brown. Put it in a bowl and set side

    Add your cooked rice to the minced meat sauce followed by eggs and stir everything together

  5. 5

    Working with one leave at a time add the filling and roll just like the way you roll spring rolls

    In a pot add fee table soooks of oil add the tomato paste and fry for two minuets all the briers slices and seasoning then gently arrange the rolled cabbage and cover the pot. Cook till soft.
