Ingredients

  1. 1medium onion
  2. 2 tbsp.cooking oil
  3. Halfcabbage (used 6 leaves)
  4. 1 lb.ground meat
  5. For stuffing
  6. 1egg
  7. 20 gpanko(bread crumbs)
  8. Ground black pepper
  9. Oregano
  10. Salt
  11. Carrots
  12. 1 stalkgreen onions
  13. 1 teaspoonflour
  14. For sauce
  15. 2bay leaves
  16. 1large garlic cloves, minced
  17. 5medium diced tomatoes
  18. 50 mltomato juice
  19. 1 cupchicken stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Mixed the ground meat, onions and stuffed ingredients. Set aside

    Boil the cabbage leaves. Sprinkled with salt. Set aside in ice water. Drain

  3. 3

    Stuffed the ingredients in the cabbage leaves and roll it up.

  4. 4

    Heat up the pan. Add 2 tbsp cooking oil, sautee the garlic and bay leaves till it fragrance.

  5. 5

    Add the diced tomatoes and juice, and the stock.

  6. 6

    Add the cabbage rolls. And let it boil for 20mins. In a Medium to low fire.
