Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbeans
  2. 2egg
  3. Crayfish
  4. Red pepper/scotch bonnet
  5. Onions and garlic
  6. Maggi
  7. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak ur beans for some minutes and then wash it and peel it well then you get ur red pepper scotch bonnet onions and garlic put them all in the beans with ur crayfish and blend them all together until is smooth

    Boil ur eggs and cut them into the blended beans add vegetable spices and beat untill is soft put a pot on the fire and add water and put ur mixture in a white leather then allow to cook

    For the sauce grate ur red pepper scotch bonnet put a pan on low heat add little oil put ur pepper cut onions add all ur spices mix and allow for 5-10 min ur sauce is ready

    Serve ur delicious moimoi with peppered sauce
