Ingredients

  1. 1/3medium tuber yam
  2. 4 piecescabbage
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1small onion
  5. 1boiled egg
  6. Maggie to test
  7. Pinchsalt
  8. 2 table spoonflour
  9. Baread crumb
  10. 5 tbspBama/ mayonnaise
  11. 1/2 tspRed chilly powder

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the yam and cut it in small long size, rinse and drain it in a colander.

    Put it in a clean bowl, add salt, Maggie, red chilly powder, 1 tbsp flour and mix it well.

    Heat the oil on medium heat, using kitchen utensils small and big, pour the yam mixture in the big one and make hole on the center, put small drainer on the above. Put it in the hot oil, until it fry.

    In a small bowl add 1 tbsp of flour, pinch of salt, add water mix it with whisker to form a batter.

    Remove the shell of an egg cut it in to 8 pieces. Mix in the boiled egg and coated their with batter then coated it with bread crumb.

    Fry in a lower heat. Till light brown

    Wash your tomato, onion and cut it in a slice. Boiled the cabbage and divided each piece into two.

    Transfer the yam nest in a dish or tray, using pipping material add mayonnaise.

    Add boiled cabbage on it, then tomato, then onion then 2 pieces coated egg, then mayo on top.

    Serve with hot coffee or juice.
