Ingredients

  1. 2 CupPoha
  2. 1Capsicum fine choped
  3. Hap cup thin choped cabbage
  4. 2onion fine choped
  5. 1Tomato fine choped
  6. 3 spoonlemon juice
  7. 2 spoontomato sauce
  8. 2thin lemon slice for garnish
  9. 2 spooncooking oil
  10. 1 spoonmustered seeds
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1/4 spoonturmeric powder
  13. to tasteRed chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash poha in running water and keep side.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a a pan and add mustered seed when its flattered add chopped onion.

  3. 3

    Add capsicum,cabbage,tomato,and cook one by one.

  4. 4

    Add salt and all dry masala.

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice n mix well.

  6. 6

    Garnish with lemon slice and serve with tomato sauce.
