Ingredients

2 CupPoha
1Capsicum fine choped
Hap cup thin choped cabbage
2onion fine choped
1Tomato fine choped
3 spoonlemon juice
2 spoontomato sauce
2thin lemon slice for garnish
2 spooncooking oil
1 spoonmustered seeds
to tasteSalt
1/4 spoonturmeric powder
to tasteRed chilli powder

Steps

1

Wash poha in running water and keep side.

Heat oil in a a pan and add mustered seed when its flattered add chopped onion.

Add capsicum,cabbage,tomato,and cook one by one.

Add salt and all dry masala.

Add lemon juice n mix well.

Garnish with lemon slice and serve with tomato sauce.
