White yam with egg sauce

Cooking Instructions

Feel and cut your yam in to desirable shape and wash them

Put in a pot add in water sugar and salt then set on fire. Till all cooked.

In a pan put an oil then chopped onions and greated scotch bonet and red bell pp,stir well

Then add in chopped tomotoes and green pp. Add in seasonings and stir well

Then beat eggs and pour it

Stir well till all done

Them serve
