It actually is a quick Curry. And so delicious. Bon Appétit.

I started this as a chicken curry, then I added apple sauce, mango chutney, can of new potatoes and then can of tomatoes and cream and it transformed into a lovely dish. The family loved it with crusty bread to dip. You could taste all flavours and you got a little kick at the back of your throat from the curry but not enough that it overtook the other ingredients. Really was yummy. Its similar to my sweet curry but more taste. Lovely.

We've decided to embark on a more healthy diet in this house by (no, we still eat meat hehehehe) eating more vegetables. I saw a relative make this during Chinese New Year and it was delicious!
