  2. 4 cupsflour
  3. 2tsps baking powder
  4. 1/2 tspyeast
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1/3 cupcooking oil
  7. 11/2 cupwater
  8. Filling
  9. 1/2 kgminced meat
  10. 6green pepper
  11. 3big diced potatoes
  12. 2big diced carrot
  13. Seasoning
  14. Oil

Cooking Instructions

60-90 mins

    In a clean, dry, bowl, sieve your flour

    Baking powder

  3. 3

    Yeast

  4. 4

    Salt

  5. 5

    Oil

  6. 6

    Give it a quick whisk

  7. 7

    Now gradually add your water, little at a time while kneading, for good consistency

    Grease your dough, cover and allow to sit for about 10-15mins

    Cut your dough little at a time

    Then roll it out

    Place on a pie shaper

    Stir fry in oil minced meat,green pepper,potatoes,seasoning and salt.ypur fillings is ready Add your fillings

    Dip the tip of your finger into a bowl of water and rub around the edges

    Fold the shaper

    Place on your greased oven pan and use a fork to poke twice up and down, then bake on a very low heat for 15-20mins
