    Keep all fruits in freeze for chilling

    At the time of preparation take mango and banana and add them in mixie jar.

    And make fine smooth puree.

    Take serving dish and transfer smoothie in it.

  5. 5

    Flattern it and top with fruits,coconut,walnut and flax seeds.
