Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsflour
  2. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  3. Halfteaspoon yeast
  4. to tasteLittle salt
  5. for the stew
  6. green pepper,onion,grounded crayfish,
  7. oil
  8. seasonings
  9. clove
  10. red pepper and fresh tomatoes
  11. nutmeg,ginger

    Mix all the ingredients, add cold water gradually gradually until well combined

    The dough shld be soft.Cover and keep it for good 1hour

    Knead the dough very well

    Use rolling pin to makes it bit flat

    Cut it into rounded shape

    Heat frying pan,apply little oil and bake like for 10mnts

    U can also use oven to bake it.Enjoy

    For the stew..ingredients...fresh tomatoes, red pepper,green pepper,onion,grounded crayfish,nutmeg,ginger,clove,seasonings and oil

    Cut the peppers,remove the seeds,add onion and blend into smooth paste

    Boiled the grounded peppers,until the water dried out

    Fry oil with sliced onion, add the grounded pepper,add seasonings and spices including the crayfish

    Stir fry,like for 15mnts,then remove from fire.Serve with mini chapati.Enjoy
